A very kitsy little place in a nondescript strip mall along Bumby Av., the Milk District in Orlando. Look pass the storefront and walk into a world far removed from Orlando. Is this the Village in New York City? It is mad cool in here. A nice corner sofa to curl up with a warm tea …….or someone, together with a long banquette style wall and a few bar chairs rounds out a very cozy and hip joint. The food here is all sandwiches, pastries, and a million different teas. The wall art is amazing. This is seriously a different world from Starbucks.
I happened by here and was not hungry at all but figured I’ll poke my nose in and get a cup of tea. My choice was an Arabian Mint Tea. Very mellow, herbaceous, and mild with minty flavors. I choose cold since it was steaming outside. No tea ceremony but the tea was fantastic. I will definitely go back and sit down to indulge in sandwiches and pastries ……..and of course sip more tea. Really chill out joint.
