The Flattery | Gourmet Flatbreads.
This is heaven on a nice vessel. Flatbreads are little pizza like rounds that carry various toppings. The menu is limited enough to be able to deliver a high level product. Although simplistic in nature the combinations are fresh and sophisticated.
I tried their BBQ Flatbread, which was topped with Roasted Chicken, Roma Tomatoes, Onions, Mozzarella Cheese, and the famous Four Rivers BBQ sauce. The crust was nice and firm with good texture not too chewy, not too crispy. It carried the other ingredients marvelously. Four Rivers BBQ Sauce was true to its nice and flavorful character, the real deal. Excellent add to the food truck scene.
