This was my second visit here. My previous visit was very memorable and cordial. Something seems a miss this time. The service was there but lacked the genuine hospitality. It seemed a little unorganized and chaotic. There were dirty tables for what seemed like a lifetime. On this occasion the Beef Noodle soup was full of flavor and ample amount of beef. The Pork Belly stew was tender and flavorful. Crispy shrimp was very well done and seasoned to nice balance. The complimentary seaweed salad did not have anchovies nor peanuts. We were told that they do not make that salad anymore. It seemed like there was a change in ownership, or maybe just me?
