Emeril’s Orlando, located at Universal Studio’s Orlando CityWalk, will continue a 3-course, $30 summer menu through the month of August. Beginning August 1, Emeril’s will feature four classic dishes from recipes found in Chef Emeril Lagasse’s first cookbook, Emeril’s New New Orleans Cooking.
