Williams Selyem Wine Dinner at Emeril’s Restaurant in Orlando

The director of winemaking and general manager of Williams Selyem winery, Bob Cabral, will help host a five-course wine dinner at Emeril’s on February 6.

Williams Selyem is one of the premiere wineries from California’s Russian River Valley in Sonoma County. Bob Cabral was named Winemaker of the Year in 2011 by Wine Enthusiast magazine.
