ATLANTA April  2014 Orlando residents will be the first Floridians to enjoy Fresh To Order (f2o) when it makes its Orlando debut  this week in Waterford Lakes Town Center at 851 North Alafaya Trail in East Orlando. The restaurant will serve delicious entrees, Panini sandwiches, soups and salads all made-to-order in less than 10 minutes for around $10.

Fresh To Order’s chef-inspired food reflects bold flavors and high-end, tantalizing dishes, such as Brown Sugar Roasted Pork Loin, Grilled Salmon with Black Bean Orange Sauce, and a host of gluten-free delights. Other crowd pleasers include Salmon Panini with Roasted Corn Relish and Tarragon Aioli, and Spinach Salad with Blue Cheese Crumbles, Strawberries and Seasonal Fruit.

“We’ve had our eyes on a Florida location for a while because of its sustained growth and an excellent business environment,” said Pierre Panos, Fresh To Order Founder and CEO. “We know our menu is just what Florida and visitor families, students, and Millennials are looking for when they dine out, and Orlando is the perfect city for us to start our Florida development in.”

Recognized by Nation’s Restaurant News as a “Hot Concept” and “Breakout Brand,” Fresh To Order is experiencing exceptional growth as it continues expansion across the Southeast. Most recently Fresh To Order opened its first Nashville location and has other restaurants in development, including Charlotte, NC; Greenville, SC; Knoxville, TN; and additional Nashville and Atlanta-area locations where the restaurant concept is headquartered.

The Orlando location is owned and operated by longtime restaurateur Giriam Patel.  Patel is a former Golden Corral franchise owner and has signed on to open eight Fresh To Order restaurants in Orlando.

“I can’t wait to bring the Fresh To Order concept to Orlando and introduce local foodies to our great menu,” said Giriam Patel president of GIRDAR, LLC – Area Developer for Fresh To Order, who is actively seeking additional locations in Metro Orlando.  “I am confident they will love the food for both lunch and dinner.”
